I received the physical proof copy of my new Book of Birds, completely redesigned by Shannon Pawliw of Mighty Sparrow, and I LOVE it! The book now has heft, breadth and presence. We need to add some missing page numbers and remove some page numbers that found their way on to a couple of the paintings, and I want to relocate the title page for the WORDS chapter on creativity, but otherwise, we are very close to releasing. I will be talking to my publisher (FriesenPress) the moment this Labour Day holiday ends and will update here. I am confident that they will be ready in time for Christmas🙂
